Q. What Does Self-Love Mean To You and How Do You Practice it?

When it comes to self-care and self-love, there are so many different practices out there. But for me, it all starts with radical honesty with myself about where I'm at. I know that I can't always feel good, and that discomfort and challenging moments are a part of life. So I give myself permission to feel whatever it is that I'm feeling. Once I accept that and understand where I'm at, I can start to make a plan, whether that's through magic or mundane means, to reposition myself or give myself what I need.

My self-care routine includes a variety of practices, such as inner child healing, intentional food choices, spending time outdoors, and engaging in spell work. I also incorporate ritual baths and candle magic into my routine. One practice that I find especially powerful is glamour magic, which helps me revitalize my energy, see myself in a new way, and plant seeds of intention within myself.

As someone who is neurodivergent, routines can sometimes be challenging for me. So I try to make sure that whatever I do is in alignment with how I'm feeling at the moment.

Q. How could someone practice a little bit of glamour magic to amplify their self-love?

Yes, glamour magic is such an intriguing form of magic because it can take so many different forms. For me, glamour magic is all about highlighting the beautiful and powerful parts of myself that are already present within me. I like to use mirror magic and affirmations as part of my self-love practice, gazing into my eyes and speaking affirmations to bring forth the dynamic and sexy parts of myself.

One way I like to imbue my glamour magic with intention is through my makeup routine. I assign each step of my makeup routine with an affirmation or intention. For example, when applying foundation, I think about what emotional state I want to project on the surface, and as I apply it, I press that intention into my skin. When applying concealer, I might set an intention to protect my energy in the presence of negative or jealous people. I also use color magic to bless each part of my eyeshadow routine with a separate intention.

Q. What does sensuality mean to you, and how do you practice it in your daily life, within yourself, and in your relationships?

As a glamour witch, sensuality is a huge part of my practice. I love to infuse everything I do with a hint of pleasure and physical connection. Being a singer, I find that music is a perfect way to tap into this energy and vibration. Singing daily is a great way for me to activate my sensuality and get in tune with my body. But sensuality doesn't just have to be about music and sound. It's in everything I do, from my candle magic to the oils I use on my skin. I intentionally choose foods that activate my sacral chakra and awaken my passion.

I find that movement and dance are great ways to stay connected to my sensuality. It's all about staying flirty and playful and embracing pleasure in all its forms. For me, sensuality is about fully experiencing life and all of its pleasures, and infusing that energy into everything I do.

Q. What's one message that you would share with other women to help them connect with their sensuality?

As a personal belief, I think that engaging with play is crucial to one's self-care and self-love journey. It's unfortunate that as we grow older, we tend to lose touch with our playful side because society associates it with immaturity. However, I believe that redefining our definition of play is key. When we allow ourselves to play, we invite so much creative energy, inspiration, motivation, and healing into our lives. In that space, there's no judgment and no real desire for an outcome other than to enjoy the moment.

Incorporating play into our daily lives is not just about having fun, it's also about creating a space for the universe, spirit, or whatever one believes in, to show us something new about ourselves and the world around us. When we stop operating from a linear space and allow our imagination to roam free, we open ourselves up to new experiences and possibilities.

That's why I always try to make time in my day for play, whether it's through dancing, singing, painting, or any other creative outlet. It's a way to release stress, tap into my inner child, and embrace the beauty of life. So, I encourage everyone to redefine their definition of play and incorporate it into their daily self-care routine. You'll never regret it.

If you had one message or piece of advice that you could share with other women about the practice of self-love, what would that be?

As you start to develop more of a relationship with yourself, you're going to find that a lot of the people around you are not doing the work. This can be frustrating because we all want those we love to grow with us. However, I've learned that people can only meet us where they've met themselves, and it's okay to let go of those who are not on the same path. It's important to surround ourselves with people who not only support who we are, but also where we want to go.

The universe can only bring us what we want when there's space for it, and holding onto old stuff or desperately trying to cling to things can push away the very things we desire. So, I've learned to be okay with the process of letting go and sending those people away with love and light, allowing them to find their own journey.

Although it can be painful, I know that shedding certain things is necessary for my growth and for my highest good. I'm excited about the new and beautiful things that will come my way as I continue to love and nurture myself, and I'm grateful for the courage to let go of what no longer serves me.

As a lover of beauty products, I have a few favorites that I can't live without. My favorite is the Kissaholic Aphrodisiac Plumping Lip Gloss, which I wear every single day.

I don't know what it is about it, but it does something to me. I feel like it enhances my confidence and makes me feel better in myself whenever I apply it. It's just a small touch, but it really makes a difference.

I also love the Unforgettable Amour Hair & Body Mist with Pheromones, which I use as a finishing touch before I go out, even if I'm not doing a full hair routine.

It just adds a little something extra to my overall look.

For my daytime scent, I always reach for the Unforgettable Amour Eau de Parfum with Pheromones.

It's my go-to scent when I'm going out to brunch with friends or just running errands. It gives me a little boost of energy and feels like a ray of sunshine in a bottle.

And last but not least, my FAVORITE is the Flirty Little Secret Perfume Oil with Pheromones.

It’s a vanilla-scented oil that I wish I could bathe in! It smells so good and I love throwing it in my purse for touch-ups throughout the day.

Overall, these beauty products bring me joy and make me feel more confident in myself.
