- Is this belief an absolute truth? (I could never pull a dress off like that)

- Have I always felt this way? (If not, what’s changed?)
- Is this belief helping me get what I want out of life? (If you’re reading this, it probably isn’t)
- How would I approach this belief if I were someone else? (Where would icons like Lizzo, Khloe Kardashian, or Rihanna be today if they gave into their limiting beliefs?)
Once you’ve challenged these joy thieves, it’s time to start adopting limitless beliefs and putting them into practice every day. Visualize what you want to achieve consistently, and they’ll become your new truth.
Method #2: Get precisely clear on what you want.
Now that you’ve tackled the limiting beliefs surrounding what you’re worthy of having, the next step is to get crystal clear on what you actually want.
Our minds are powerful creators. What you think, you will attract. The key point here is to be as specific as possible.
Whether it’s a hot romantic partner, a dream job, money, or even the latest Fenty drop, write it down in lucid detail.
Looking to land that man? Write down exactly what you want him to look like, right down to the color of his boxers. Is he manicured? Manscaped? Bearded? What does he smell like? Visualize every detail.
